I formally apply to join the Residents' Association as a voting member.

I vote to adopt the draft Association Constitution.

I vote to elect the Interim Committee (Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer) to represent our block.

Resident Action Group

As a tenant rather than a leaseholder, you don't hold a vote on the statutory matters reserved for leaseholders under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (see Constitution, section 6.2) - this includes things like adopting the Constitution and electing the Committee. But we still want to represent you as fully as possible: you're warmly invited to join as an Associate Member, with an equal vote on general community matters, and full entitlement to attend meetings, take part in discussions, and join sub-committees.
