The parcel finder is for verified residents only.
Once your account is verified you'll be able to report found and missing parcels and see the neighbourhood board.

Found a parcel that isn't yours? Report it so the resident it belongs to knows it's safe. Missing a delivery? Flag it so neighbours can keep an eye out. Parcels reported found are dropped at the concierge desk for collection.
Report a found parcel
Read the flat number and any name off the parcel label. We'll let the resident know it's safe and heading to concierge.
Report a missing parcel
We'll add it to the neighbourhood board so residents can check the usual spots, and email you the moment someone reports it found.

Deliveries your neighbours are still waiting on. If you spot one, report it as found above.
